How to Download a Digital Item?

Digital items you’ve purchased can be viewed and downloaded from the Download section of your account.

If you have questions about an item or order, WhatsApp us or send us an email.

What are Digital Downloads?

There are two kinds of digital purchases: 

Made-to-order downloads: Digital items that we will make to your specifications after you purchase them. We will send your files to you via email once we have completed them. 

Instant downloads: Ready-made files that are available once your payment is confirmed. It may take a few minutes for your download link to be emailed to you. 

I can’t find my download notification email

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding kavvieskollections@gmail.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.

For now, you can still access your digital purchases in your account.

Where can I find my digital purchases in my account?

To access your digital files from your account:

  1. Sign in to www.kavvieskreativekollections.com and go to Your account.
  2. Go to Downloads.
  3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should Instant Download on the images for the item. 

There are generally no limits on when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Accounts page, provided the transaction hasn’t been canceled or removed.

If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will not be active.

When will I receive my made-to-order digital item? 

The delivery window for made-to-order digital items depends on your agreement. Please coordinate with us through WhatsApp to establish the completion time for your order. 

To see the status of your made-to-order digital item, go to the Downloads section of your account. Items that we are still working on are shown as In progress

Once we finish your order, you will receive an email with a link to download your digital file. You can also access your files by going to Downloads and selecting the Download Files buttonYou will be able to leave a review for your purchase after you download your file.

I purchased a digital item, but I don’t have an account

If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you’ll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after the purchase. 

Made-to-order digital items will be sent once we have finished them. If you no longer have access to the email account you used to make the original purchase, please contact us directly to discuss how we can send you your files.

I’m having trouble downloading my files

If nothing happens when you click the download links, there may be an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.

If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can’t open the file, please contact us through WhatsApp for further assistance.

The type of file you’ll be downloading is shown under the Highlights section of a digital listing. If your computer is unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the program required to open the file type.

I want a refund or want to cancel my digital item

On the item page for a digital listing, you will see that digital listings are unable to be returned or canceled. While this is shown automatically on all instant digital download items, it is up to our discretion as to whether we will refund a digital item or not. Please contact us directly through WhatsApp if you’d like to request a refund for your digital order.
